Mr Michael Ilczynski, Chief Executive Officer 

Michael Ilczynski was appointed Redbubble's CEO effective from 27 January 2021.  Prior to Michael's appointment as Redbubble CEO, he spent 13 years at SEEK, leading teams across strategy, product & technology and commercial operations, culminating as CEO Asia Pacific & Americas. As Seek's CEO AP&A, Michael led over 3000 employees operating the leading online employment marketplaces in 11 countries, covering the SEEK, Jora, Jobstreet, JobsDB, Catho and OCC businesses. Prior to working at SEEK, Michael has worked for McKinsey & Company, Tabcorp and the Collingwood Football Club. Michael also served in the Australian Army Ready Reserve and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon. Michael holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Melbourne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Mr Mark Hall, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience. Mark was CFO at Catapult Group International Limited (ASX: CAT), a sport performance technology company. Prior to this, Mark held several senior roles at ASX top 20 company Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS), including Deputy CFO and Acting CFO.


Ms Rebecca Zarate, Chief Marketing Officer  

Rebecca Zarate joined Redbubble in 2017 to lead customer engagement strategy. Since 2019, she has overseen Redbubble’s global marketing strategy and creative operations program. During her time at Redbubble, Rebecca has worked on improving customer loyalty and strengthening brand marketing. Prior to joining Redbubble, Rebecca built her career across a broad range of roles in eCommerce, Marketing, and the Fine Arts. She has worked for brands including HBO, NBCUniversal, Food Network as well as the Lora Schlesinger Gallery and the Rubins Museum of Art.


Mr Siebert Lubbe, Chief Technology Officer

Siebert was appointed Chief Technology Officer in February 2022. Siebert is responsible for ensuring that technology at Redbubble is an ongoing and growing strategic strength. He has been in technology leadership positions for over 10 years. Siebert was previously Chief Engineer at Open Universities Australia. Before that he served as Executive Manager of Engineering for Residential at REA Group. Siebert holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Pretoria, South Africa.


Ms Nicole Brolan, Chief Product Officer

Nicole Brolan joined Redbubble as Chief Product Officer in May 2021. Before joining Redbubble, Nicole spent a year at Xero as an Executive General Manager leading Product and Engineering teams. Prior to Xero, Nicole was at SEEK for 15 years, holding a variety of roles, with the most recent being APAC CPO. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne. 


Ms Meahan Callaghan, Chief People and Culture Officer

Meahan Callaghan joined Redbubble in October 2021 as Chief People and Culture Officer. Meahan was most recently Chief People Officer at Afterpay, before that MessageMedia and earlier she spent 10 years in the same role at SEEK Ltd. Meahan has experience leading global P&C Functions supporting teams in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. Meahan holds a Bachelor of Business (HR Management) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology.


Ms Stacey Wallace, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Stacey Wallace joined Redbubble as Chief Supply Chain Officer in July 2021. Prior to this, she spent over 14 years at Amazon in a variety of roles, most recently as Director of Supply Chain and Operations for Amazon Go. Stacey also held leadership roles in Fulfillment by Amazon, Kindle, and Amazon Fresh. Before Amazon, Stacey worked at General Electric and Philips. Stacey has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.


Mr James Toy, Group General Counsel

James Toy leads the legal and policy teams at Redbubble and advises across all of its global businesses and markets. James joined Redbubble in 2014, serving as Assistant General Counsel and most recently as Deputy General Counsel before being appointed to Group General Counsel in 2022. Prior to Redbubble, James practised law in the San Francisco Bay Area offices of Covington & Burling LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. There, he advised high-growth tech companies in numerous strategic partnerships, intellectual property licenses, M&A deals, and securities offerings with an aggregate deal value of over $20 billion. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Memphis, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Duke Law Journal.
